Having owned a Vertical Offset Smoker from LonestarGrillz, I knew that I would be just as happy with one of their new products.
I am fortunate to live in Southern California, about 2 hours from Santa Barbara where they are know for their Santa Maria and cooking of Tritip.
Also attending the LA County Fair every year, its hard to pass up on the smell and amazing food cooked on these types of Grills
I have been wanting to get a Santa Maria Grill for a few years, and know I can cook Santa Maria style at home….
