In this video I am will be smoking a “Pulled Pork” on my Vertical Offset Smoker from Lonestargrillz.
Every region has its unique style of BBQ, during a recent trip to the Carolina’s I tried some BBQ which was Vinegar base. It was amazing and I had to reproduce it. I reached out to Malcom Reed from “howtobbqright” and he was gracious enough to send me some rub and his vinegar sauce. It took this pulled pork to another level!! A must try!!
In my last video, I talked about how RTIC coolers can be used not only to keep food cold, but you can also keep things hot. I also talk about how I use these amazing coolers in my BBQ.
