I am a huge fan of all kinds of cheese and when I found out how out how easy it was to Cold smoke cheese using my Bradley Smoker I was beside myself. With the cold smoke adapter from Bradley it makes the job of smoking cheese much easier. Even if you dont have the Cold Smoke Adapter its very easy to cold smoke, just add a tray of ice to one of the shelfs inside the smoker.
